As a Kingdom Innovator, you're probably frustrated by the lack of specialized training, tools, and a team of practitioners to help you navigate the uncharted territories that Jesus is inviting you into.
We invite you to join Cast Member Church for a three-day immersive experience in the heart of our mission field - Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. Because we limit these experiences to eight participants, you will have unprecedented access to us, our mission field, and our attention to your unique context. This is why we know that our Disney Experience will empower you for a fruitful Kingdom Influence in your missional focus, wherever Jesus may call you.
Over three days, you will visit three different Disney locations, including a full day in one of the Disney Parks. We will take you on a deep dive into the principles and practices that make Cast Member Church one of the most unique and influential ministry movements today.
Kingdom Innovators is an intentionally small event with no platform speakers, workshops, or sponsors, only practitioners in the trenches of Kingdom Innovation. Our goal is to get to know you and help you find the clarity, courage, and confidence to start and keep moving forward.
On Day One, you will meet in the home of Steven and Lucia Barr, founding leaders of Cast Member Church. This day is about setting aside familiar methodological paradigms, preferences, and prejudices that may hinder the Church from becoming all it could be. You will discover what is possible when you allow God to express Himself through your unique gifts and passions.
Day Two takes place in EPCOT, one of the most creatively inspiring environments in the world. This day is filled with engaging conversations and inspiring stories that will spark your imagination. You will see our principles in action among Disney Cast Members and learn how they can be uniquely applied to your ministry context.
Day Three happens in the heart of Cast Member "life," across the street from Cast Housing, where thousands of young people reside while working for Disney. This final day includes identifying your "take-aways," "leave-behinds," and the next steps for your journey. We process with you as we would process with one of our own Kingdom Innovators with a unique vision. You will head home with what you need to get started and gather momentum.
But all of this is just the beginning.
Upon returning home, you and your group will remain connected in a Kingdom Innovators Mentoring Collective with Steven Barr once a week for 12 weeks. This will ensure you stay inspired, focused, and moving forward into your unique marketplace ministry vision.
Registration is $1500 per participant and includes all in-person training, downloadable content, several relaxing sit-down meals, admission to EPCOT, plenty of personal interaction with Steven and our team for processing your questions and ideas, 12 weeks of online mentoring, and many more surprises along the way.
