Join Cast Member Church for a three-day immersion into marketplace ministry in the heart of our mission field, Walt Disney World, in Orlando, Florida. Limited to 8 participants, you are given unprecedented access to what we do and how we do it. This experience will significantly expand and empower your vision for Kingdom influence in your workplace and beyond.

Over three days, in three different Disney locations, you are taken on a deep dive into the principles and practices that make Cast Member Church one of the world's most unique and influential marketplace ministries.

On your first day, you'll join Steven and Lucia Barr, founding leaders of Cast Member Church, for a day of equipping in their home behind Magic Kingdom.
• Get to know one another over a lunch prepared by a professional Disney chef.
• Explore the potential of intentional marketplace mission.
• Work through paradigm shifts that make ministry in the marketplace feel natural and unforced.
• Learn how to use our tried and tested disciplemaking tool, The Quest Compass.
• Apply our Innovator Generator to activate creative problem-solving.
• Identify cultural markers of your unique mission context using our CV4 tool.
• Process the day's "aha" moments over a relaxing dinner together at Disney Springs.

Your second day will take place in EPCOT, one of the most creatively inspiring environments in the world.
• Interact with Disney Cast Members from around the world.
• Discover our most fruitful strategy ever: Kingdom Mischief.
• Enjoy a delightful lunch together in one of the international pavilions in World Showcase.
• Learn the three keys to Kingdom Influence among those skeptical and suspicious of faith.
• Apply our Kingdom Spiral tool to identify where your influence is most fruitful.
• Blue Sky innovative possibilities for your marketplace with Steven and our team.
• Savor a delicious dinner together in another international World Showcase pavilion.
• Experience the many attractions throughout EPCOT, including the nighttime fireworks.
Your final day is in the heart of Cast Member life, just across the street from Disney Cast Housing.
• Process your leave-behinds and take-aways.
• Blueprint your unique marketplace mission vision.
• Form a plan of action—including the next steps forward.

But all of this is just the beginning.

• Upon returning home, you and your group will remain connected in a Kingdom Innovators Mentoring Collective with Steven once a week for 12 weeks. This will ensure you stay inspired, focused, and moving forward into your unique marketplace ministry vision.

Registration is $2850 per participant and includes all in-person training, downloadable content, two relaxing sit-down meals each day, admission to EPCOT, plenty of personal interaction with Steven and our team for processing your questions and ideas, 12 weeks of online mentoring, and many more surprises along the way.
