Many Kingdom visionaries quietly admit they feel stifled by systems that resist change. Maybe you are one of them:
● You see possibilities others don’t.
● You dream of new ways to live and share the Kingdom.
● You carry ideas that don’t seem to fit the well-worn structures around you.
But when you try to bring them forward, you’re told to wait. Or to scale back. Or to fit into a model that no longer works. And the longer you wait, the more restless you become.
Because deep down, you know this: Jesus is still stirring something new. And His Kingdom grows best at the edge of comfort, not the center of it.

Why Kingdom Innovators?
Most pastors and leaders feel the weight of three realities:
-
Resistance – You feel the pushback of tradition and the weight of systems that prefer control over creativity.
-
Isolation – Few around you truly understand your hunger for more—and you wonder if you’re the only one who sees it.
-
Restlessness – You can’t settle for tweaking old programs. Something deeper is calling you to reimagine, to risk, to build what doesn’t exist yet.
You’ve seen the models—missional communities, micro-churches, new forms of multiplication. They spark your imagination, but if you’re honest, the leap from what is to what could be feels like standing at the edge of a cliff with no bridge in sight.
That’s where Kingdom Innovators comes in. Our approach isn’t another blueprint to copy. It’s a living framework designed to help you take an idea or inspiration and turn it into grounded, practical steps. Instead of waiting for everything to be perfect, you move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence—discovering fruitfulness as you go.

You don’t need another conference notebook full of ideas that sits on a shelf.
What you need is a trusted guide and fresh space to reimagine—whether through personalized mentoring, immersive learning laboratories, or on-site engagement with your team.
Three Ways to Engage
1. MENTORING COLLECTIVES
A daring space for twelve innovators (three groups of four) to reset, renew, and reimagine. Over ten months, with a weekly rhythm, you’ll find peer encouragement, personalized guidance, and the clarity, courage, and confidence to take real steps forward. Not theory—transformation.

2. LEARNING LABS (IMMERSIVE)
Six times a year, we host three immersive days inside the living story of Cast Member Church. These aren’t about rides, but encounters—training, guided experiences, and reflection in one of the world’s most imaginative mission fields: Walt Disney World. You’ll leave with vision stretched, tools in hand, and imagination reignited.
3. ON-SITE TEAM ACCELERATORS
We'll step into your own environment and work alongside your group in a three-day discovery journey. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives, express fresh postures and principles, and experiment with practical patterns that spark imagination, shift culture, and move your team toward new Kingdom horizons.

What You'll Gain
-
A surge of clarity and creativity—fresh sparks of possibility for you and your team, discovered right where you already are.
-
Frameworks for real innovation—tools that break beyond consumer Christianity and open space for transformational disciple-making.
-
Kingdom impact that multiplies—expressions of Jesus’ life taking root among people who have never encountered Him.
-
A circle of fellow pioneers—innovators who understand the risks, share the resistance, and celebrate the rewards of daring forward.
-
The freedom of fruitfulness without the frenzy—more Kingdom impact, less exhausting busyness.
In 2026, we are forming a small circle of Kingdom innovators—restless visionaries who know the old playbooks don’t work and are daring enough to seek something new. This isn’t about adding more theory to your head; it’s about stepping into spaces where imagination meets practice and innovation actually takes root.
If you’ve ever looked at the status quo and thought, “There has to be a better way,” you’re already on the journey. Kingdom Innovators is your next step—fuel for the restless, daring, and imaginative. And together, we’ll keep you moving forward.
