For the past 15 years, Steven and Lucia Barr have been the heartbeat of Cast Member Church around the world. Together, they have dedicated their lives to revealing Jesus through genuine relationships, cultural understanding, and Kingdom expressions that take shape far beyond traditional systems and structures.
His passions extend beyond Disney, equipping pastors, churches, and marketplace leaders to expand the Kingdom in the harvest through imagination, innovation, and ingenuity.
He is also the author of three books:

● KINGDOM INFLUENCE: Three Proven Keys to Revealing Jesus in a Skeptical and Suspicious World;

Lucia, originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, is passionate about empowering individuals to discover their God-given identities and purposes, found in Jesus. With nearly 15 years in The Walt Disney Company, she serves as a Coordinator for multiple countries in EPCOT’s World Showcase.
While Steven focuses on the global expansion of Cast Member Church, Lucia leads and strengthens its Orlando expression through her heart for cross-cultural connection, understanding, and genuine care. Together, they have invested in the lives of over 1600 current and former Cast Members, spanning six continents.
Steven and Lucia split their time between Orlando and Paris, inspiring a vast and vibrant Cast Member family across the globe.
