We spend our time building honest friendships with those from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives. That’s where everything begins.

The environment Cast Members work in is fast-paced, demanding, and constantly “on.” It’s easy to feel overlooked, unsure of your place, or disconnected beneath the surface.
We meet them right there. Through simple, real relationships, we create space where they feel seen, known, and valued.
Over time, as trust grows, Cast Members begin to explore deeper questions about purpose, identity, and belonging. We don’t rush that process. We simply walk with them and trust that Jesus meets them right where they are.
