MEET STEVEN & LUCIA
For more than a decade, Steven and Lucia Barr have been a dynamic duo at the heart of Cast Member Church, blending their unique talents to invest in those who work in the Disney Parks worldwide.
Steven, a cultural futurist and Kingdom catalyst, leads CM Thrive, a faith-based life and career mentoring network for Disney Cast Members. He also works with pastors, churches, and marketplace leaders seeking to expand their Kingdom influence in the harvest.
He is the author of two books: KINGDOM INFLUENCE: Three Proven Keys to Revealing Jesus in a Skeptical and Suspicious World and A GUIDE TO A LIFE BEYOND IMAGINATION. His third book, KEYHOLES: Modern Parables of Faith, Identity, Purpose, and Belonging, releases on November 1st of this year.
Lucia, originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, has a passion for empowering individuals to discover their God-given identities and purposes. With over a decade at The Walt Disney Company as a Coordinator for multiple countries in EPCOT’s World Showcase, she brings a heart for cross-cultural connection and encouragement to everything she does.
Steven and Lucia have two adult children and split their time between Orlando, Florida, and Paris, France, nurturing a global family that encourages authentic relationships and personal journeys toward Jesus—and with Jesus.
