Over the last fifteen years, life among Disney Cast Members from around the world has challenged many of our assumptions about ministry, mission, evangelism, church planting, and what fruitfulness can look like.
FIELD NOTES and OUT THERE are two ways to step more deeply into that conversation.
One brings you into the living-learning environment where Harvest Forward emerged.

Harvest Forward was not developed in a classroom.
It emerged slowly, through thousands of conversations, meals, relationships, mistakes, surprises, heartbreaks, experiments, disappointments, and moments when Jesus seemed to be doing something we never could have planned.
FIELD NOTES INVITES YOU TO STEP INTO THE STORY.
For two days at Walt Disney World, you will walk with us through the environment where Harvest Forward emerged. We will visit places connected to some of the stories and discoveries that shaped Cast Member Church. We will talk about what worked, what failed, what surprised us, and what the harvest taught us when we were willing to pay attention.
We will eat together. Walk together. Observe together. Ask questions together.
This is not a Disney tour. It is not a seminar. And you are not coming to learn how to reproduce Cast Member Church.
You are coming to experience the world that changed how we see Kingdom work.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
FIELD NOTES includes two days of guided experience, a one-day EPCOT admission, one shared meal each day, and all Harvest Forward materials used during the experience.
Participants are responsible for travel to Orlando, lodging, local transportation, additional meals, and personal expenses.
Investment: $1,250 per person.
Maximum of four participants per FIELD NOTES experience.

Why only four people?
Personal engagement is not an added benefit. It is essential to the experience.
A group of four allows us to move slowly, stop when something deserves our attention, share meals around one table, have real conversations, and spend meaningful time exploring what these discoveries might mean in your own life and harvest.

OUT THERE is a Friday evening and Saturday experience built around stories, questions, discoveries, honest conversation, and fifteen years of lived experience in the harvest.
We bring what the harvest has taught us into the room and explore together what might become possible when we begin somewhere different.

Friday evening creates space to question some of our most familiar assumptions about mission, ministry, growth, and where Kingdom work begins.
Saturday morning helps us look again at the plentiful harvest around us and consider what we may have stopped noticing.
Saturday afternoon turns toward response. Not, “What new program should we launch?” but, “What might change if we allowed the harvest to shape what comes next?”
The objective is not to give your church answers. It is to help your people begin asking different questions.

We have designed OUT THERE for churches, leadership teams, networks, and ministry communities that sense a course correction may be needed.
