For decades, the house has been remodeled.
New programs. New processes. New pathways. Rooms have changed, experiences improved, and front doors have been redesigned, all in the hope that more people outside would want to come in.
But what if the house was never meant to attract the harvest? What if it was meant to prepare and send us into it?
Somewhere along the way, a sending place became a destination. And the remodeling continued.
Another program, process, or pathway is still another remodel. Harvest Forward begins with a different paradigm altogether.
Start with the harvest.
Harvest Forward helps followers of Jesus and church leaders become more attentive to the people already around them, recognize what Jesus is already doing there, and discover what it could look like to participate.
There are two ways to experience it: Come and experience our harvest. Or invite us into yours.
ONE DAY. FOUR PEOPLE. WORLD SHOWCASE (EPCOT).
IMAGINATIONS is a one-day immersion at Walt Disney World for pastors, church planters, and Kingdom innovators carrying a ministry problem that conventional answers haven’t solved.
Everything we do must work across cultures. World Showcase is where we learned how.
Throughout the day, you will explore 11 different countries and cultures in EPCOT through the lenses of the Kingdom and the harvest, learning to recognize the clues, patterns, tensions, and possibilities hiding in ordinary human experience.
Then, over dinner, we will put your unique situation on the table. Together, we will examine the assumptions beneath it, reframe it through what you have discovered, and identify a simple experiment you can carry back into your own harvest.
You won’t leave with a packaged or programmed answer.
You will leave seeing differently from now on.

Our hope is much simpler and more profound:
You’ll go home seeing differently.
You’ll notice people you have overlooked. Relationships you have underestimated. Questions you haven’t been asking. Clues you might have missed. Places where Jesus is already moving. Possibilities hiding inside the ordinary lives of the people around you.
But IMAGINATIONS is about more than seeing.
It is about becoming the person who explores the harvest with curiosity, enters relationships without an agenda, and experiments with the possibilities you discover along the way.
We don’t want you to reproduce Cast Member Church.
We want you to return home as an éclaireur (scout, spy, pathfinder), ready to explore your own harvest and discover what Jesus is forming there.

● A one-day guided experience at EPCOT (Walt Disney World).
● One-day EPCOT admission included.

● All Harvest Forward materials used during the experience.
Investment: $1,495 per person.
IMAGINATIONS is intentionally small, so we limit participation to four people.
Participants are responsible for travel to Orlando, lodging, local transportation, additional meals, and personal expenses.

InsideOut creates space for your leadership team to step away from maintaining what already exists and ask different questions about what could be.
We won't give you another church model to copy.
We won't hand you another program to implement.
And we aren't coming to tell you what your church should become

Instead, we'll help your team explore what could happen if you began with the people God has already placed around your people and allowed what you discover there to reshape how you equip, release, and lead.
Because your context is different.
