For 15 years, Steven and Lucia Barr have been the heartbeat of Cast Member Church worldwide. Together, they have dedicated their lives to revealing Jesus through genuine relationships, cultural understanding, and Kingdom expressions that take shape far beyond traditional systems and structures.
His passions extend beyond Disney, creating tools and training that awaken pastors and church leaders to the truth that they were never called merely to build something safe and predictable. Through Kingdom Labs and Launch Pads, he equips pastors and church leaders to identify, empower, and release the pioneering 16% within their communities into the wild, risky, God-sized adventure of the harvest every day.
He is also the author of three books:

Lucia, originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, leads the Orlando expression through her remarkable ability to care for others, build meaningful relationships, and inspire people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. She is passionate about empowering individuals to discover their God-given identities and purposes, found in Jesus. With nearly 15 years in The Walt Disney Company, she serves as a Coordinator for multiple countries in EPCOT’s World Showcase.
Lucia has a gift for making people feel seen, valued, and supported, while also encouraging them to step confidently into who God created them to be. Her ability to connect deeply across cultures has become an essential part of Cast Member Church’s foundation.
Together, Steven and Lucia have invested in the lives of more than 1,600 current and former Cast Members across six continents, cultivating a growing global community shaped by authentic relationships, harvest awareness, and Kingdom influence.
Steven and Lucia split their time between Orlando and Paris, inspiring a vast and vibrant Cast Member family across the globe.
