The world Cast Members work in is fast-paced, demanding, and constantly “on.”
We meet them with something different.
We spend most of our time investing personally in Cast Members. That gives us the space to notice the person in front of us, listen to their story, and get to know them for who they are.
That shapes how we live:
Specific. Simple. Small. Slow.
We don’t rush the process. We simply walk with them, trusting Jesus with what comes next.
And that begins with learning to see differently.
