We pay attention to where Jesus is already at work in Cast Members' everyday lives. We build genuine friendships with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.
That's where everything begins.
We call it The Sacred Work of Relationship (T-SWoR).
We express VALUE to others.
We form bonds of mutual TRUST.
We plant JESUS naturally and unforced.
No pressure. No agenda. Just a real connection, where something deeper has space to grow.
The world Cast Members work in is fast-paced, demanding, and constantly “on.” Beneath the surface are real people navigating questions about identity, purpose, belonging, and the other stuff of life.
We meet them right there.
We don’t rush the process. We simply walk with them, confident that Jesus is already moving in their lives.
