We are pleased to announce that we are creating space for 18 select Cast Members to join us––beginning January 2023 at Walt Disney World––for a creative journey of discipleship, leadership, and mission.

While working for Disney, you will be part of a close family of Cast Members who see their roles as more than creating magic, but more importantly, having a vibrant Kingdom Influence in the lives of those around them.

 

In one year, you will:

​

● Cultivate nine heart competencies, increasing your ministry capacity for years. 

● Discover and develop your unique God-given design for leading others.

● Learn how to reveal Jesus to others in natural and unforced ways, i.e., not weird.

● Thrive in friendships with those skeptical and suspicious of anything religious.

● Become a healthy disciple-maker and disciple-multiplier for the rest of your life.
