The most powerful strategy in Cast Member Church isn't a strategy at all; it's simply praying for our fellow Cast Members.

Prayer is a fundamental value in Cast Member Church. When we pray, we are connecting with the heart of God. When we pray for those around us, He gives us insight into their hearts. He helps us see what only He sees, hear what only He hears, and feel what only He feels. Prayer invites God to unlock doors and create opportunities that no strategy could ever accomplish. 

This core value is why we encourage our CMC family to prayerwalk the parks and other parts of the property regularly. We call this endeavor, the "CM Underground" because we do it in a way that doesn't create any distraction to any working Cast Member. They don't even know we are there. 

Think about the London Underground "tube" subway system. It's a hidden yet indispensable network for the millions who live or work in the city of London. Our underground prayer network is an invisible yet invaluable asset to the tens of thousands of CMs we pray for. We move among them like passing shadows. We ask God to engage with their lives in a way that will cause them to become aware of His presence. And maybe that engagement will provoke them to seek His presence even more.

Even if prayer has been difficult for you in the past, we will show you how that can change. Most of our CMC family will tell you that being part of the Underground has helped them discover--in detail--what God is up to around them, and how it has enhanced how they pray at other times and places.

It is our vision to have the CM Underground operating in all four parks 365 days a year. So, there's plenty of room and opportunity for you to get involved.
